Exhibitor Information
Thank you for your interest in serving as an exhibitor at the NSTMC 2008! We believe the exhibit area is an important resource for conferees and appreciate your role in providing opportunities, information and services to those who attend. Below you will find information regarding this year's conference exhibit area. Registration must be completed by Saturday, December 1, 2007.
Set-Up
Booth set-up is scheduled between 1:00pm - 4:00pm on Friday, January 18. Please check in with Emily Johnston, logistics coordinator, or one of our volunteers to receive your table assignment. Volunteers will be available to answer any questions.
Exhibitors Meeting
There will be a brief exhibitors meeting at 4:00pm on Friday. This meeting will provide general information about the exhibit area.
Exhibit Tables
Each exhibitor will have one table (approx. 61" x 30"), which will be skirted or draped. We anticipate having room for displays to be set up adjacent to tables, but we would appreciate your cooperation and flexibility with NSTMC staff during set up.

Each exhibitor may be provided with one outlet, subject to availability. Outlets will be given on a first come, first served basis, according to availability and outlet placement.
