  • No penalty for cancellations made before 12/15/2008.
  • Partial refund of all but $100 for cancellations between 12/15/2008 - 1/1/2009.
  • No refunds after 1/1/2009.
  • All refunds must be requested in writing.
  • Your registration fee includes admission to all sessions, Friday dinner and dessert buffet, Saturday box lunch and banquet, and breakfast on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Accommodations are not included in registration fees (see location information).
